Why do I have to commit for at least 3 months?
Imagine trying to master piano or tennis in only 6 or 8 lessons. Many parents think that their children can take a few swim lessons and be prepared for the water, but usually it takes a child lots of repetition and refinement to save new skills to memory. This is why we require a commitment period for each new family, and it's why we offer discounts for families that commit to 6-months instead of 3.
What happens at the end of my commitment?
At the end of your 3-month commitment, you'll continue on a month-to-month basis unless you submit the cancellation form at least 30 days before you wish to withdraw. If you do cancel, there's no penalty as long as you submit the form at least 30 days ahead. If you were committed on a 6-month plan rather than a 3-month plan, your enrollment will be converted to the regular price of $89 at the end of your 6-month commitment unless you choose to sign another commitment. See the office for details.
What happens if I cancel lessons before my commitment is completed?
Because our pricing and availability is based on your commitment to continue lessons with us for the amount of time dictated in your contract, we charge an Early Termination Fee for families that do not complete their commitment. The Early Termination Fee is equal to 1/2 of the balance remaining on your contract.

How can I enroll in private lessons?
Private lessons are subject to availability. To enroll, please contact our office at (601) 898-7946.
Do private lesson students have to pay the Annual Membership Fee?
Yes, the non-refundable Annual Membership Fee is required for all enrollments other than 2-Week SummerSwims.
You will electronically sign these on the Customer Portal during account creation and/or registration. If you prefer, you may print and sign a copy and return it to our office. The Commitment Agreement only applies to weekly lesson enrollments, not two-week SummerSwim sessions.
